MS Energy Croatia electric bicycle production
We are dedicated to creating functional and quality products that meet the highest European standards and certificates.
At the beginning of last year, we launched the first Croatian e-bike production, in our logistics center in Rugvica near Zagreb. Let’s make reliable electric bicycles that provide our customers with a modern and sustainable approach to mobility, whether they ride on city streets or rural roads.
In our production in Rugvica near Zagreb, we apply the strictest quality control measures to ensure that every component meets the requirements of our products. We have organized production according to the principles of Lean philosophy through fourteen workstations, each with a precisely designed set of operations and equipped with appropriate specialized tools.
An important part of our production is the test track, where we try every product before packaging. If we discover a product that does not meet the requirements, we immediately return it to the production line for repair and retesting. The current production capacity of MS Energy is 100 e-Bicycles per day, in three product categories:
City, Trekking i MTB.
In the near future, we plan to increase the production to 50,000 e-Bicycles per year and expand it to the production of electric scooters. At MS Energy, we understand that quality support is crucial for our customers, which is why we have provided support from one of the best services in the region. Our MR service is qualified to provide service for more than 30 global consumer electronics brands, including support for MS Energy eBicycles, eRomobiles and eMotorcycles.
