Last Saturday, we held a workshop on traffic safety and had a lot of fun!
Together with the program leader, the legendary Jure Šebalj, we held a school for safe driving of e-scooters and e-bikes and showed that education about traffic safety can be very interesting. From test drives and passing the training ground, through the knowledge quiz to the “Snail Trail” race where the slowest wins, every part of the program attracted the attention of the participants.
What we are especially pleased about is that high school students and their parents participated in the workshop, as they play an important role in adopting and transmitting the rules of responsible traffic behavior. Young people are increasingly using e-scooters and bicycles, and through this type of education, together with their parents, they gain knowledge and habits of responsibility.
The quiz and workshop confirmed that a fun approach can bring serious results, the participants demonstrated an enviable knowledge of the rules but also discovered where additional education was needed.
